12/26/2000 Proving Roy Blunt intends to rule the Missouri Secretary of
State's office and his son, Matt "Baby" Blunt is not competent to
handle the job, Billy Long announced on KWTO that his request for the newly
selected secretary of state to be on the radio live was deferred to Roy
Blunt to take his place. Pappa

Blunt is merely a stand in.
12/22/2000 As predicted Election Thief Bush announced John Ashcrock as
the nominee to be crowned U.S. Attorney General. Oh gee, now he can protect
himself from possible murder conspiracy charges over Governor Carnahan's
plane crash and make sure felon nephew Alex Ashcroft can resume his drug
cartel untouched.
Of course, Jr. Blunt's uncle, brother of U.S. Congressman Blunt's
brother, Ronald L. Blunt was convicted of federal felony bank fraud in 1993
and faced up to 30 years without parole and up to $1 million in fines
before that scandal was all hushed up. While committing band fraud Ronald
Blunt was serving on the Missouri Coordinating Board of Higher Education
and as President of Midland Bank of Kansas City. Mo. Supreme Court Justice
Ann Covington, appointed to the court by John Ashcroft as Mo. Governor, suddenly
resigned effective January 31, 20001. Her second or third husband (one died
shortly after the 1994 impeachment of the Mo. Secretary of State), Dr.
McClain served on the Mo. Coordinating Board for Higher Education with
felon Ronald Blunt. Now, Missourians have had their ballot box again handed
to the Blunt Crime Family, further protected by the Ashcrock Cartel.

ballot box rapists, including only those either known to be controllable by

According to documents in the Missouri Secretary of State's office
Roy Blunt was associated with NATO, while Greene County Clerk and before he
was secretary of state/chief elections murderer. While Mo. Secretary of
State, according to documents in the Missouri Secretary of State's office, Roy
Blunt, was "friends" with Vincent Bentivegna of Villabate, Italy,
and the International Parliament of Safety and Peace (incorporated in the
U.S.A.) Sometime prior to August 29, 1989, Roy Blunt nominated Vincent
Bentivegna as "Missouri ambassador" and issued to him the Great
Seal of the State of Missouri, which his friend then began to use on

While Roy Blunt had time to make fraudulent use of the Great Seal and
pretend to have power to bestow the title of "Missouri
ambassador" Missouri elections were full of allegations of fraud and
problems. U.S. ATTORNEY GENERAL SELECTEE, John Ashcroft, as Missouri
Governor had delayed appointments to the Kansas City Board of Election
Commissioners for seven months and the primary election was held without a
proper Board. Roy Blunt conspired with Ashcroft to stall some of the
appointments because he wanted to enhance his political position for
running for Mo. Governor in 1992. (Source The Kansas City Star, August 20,

"Election board views") Politics was and are far more important
to Ashcroft and Blunt than free and fair elections.
February 26, 1985 the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District
agreed with a July 13, 1984 decision by Cole County Circuit Judge Byron
Kinder that then Mo. Secretary of State Kirkpatrick should not certify the
August, 1984 primary returns unless the St. Louis County Board of Election
Commissioners provided totally separate voting booths for each political
party on the ballot, a sign identifying each booth, and the voters only had
access to separate ballot labels and ballot cards. (686 SW2d 888, WD, 1985)
The court agreed to hear the case because of what might happen in future
primaries in St. Louis County and in other areas of the state. Of course,
Blunt did not want anyone to allege he never was selected as the proper
nominee from a legal primary election so that case law was ignored except
the legislature changed ONE WORD in one of the laws mentioned, but failed
to change the other laws and Blunt, Moriarty, Hanson, Cook, and Blunt Jr.
failed to change the code of state regulations the case law was based on or
enforce the case law and the pertinent regulations.
Before Roy Blunt pretended to be elected as Missouri Secretary of
State he served as the election authority, county clerk for Greene County,
and as chairman of the Missouri Housing Development Commission over more
than $1 billion in bonded money laundering obligations. (He and future U.S.
Senator/U.S. Attorney General, John Ashcrock, used Blunt's knowledge of that to transfer low income
housing land to transfer it to the State of Missouri for what became the Mo. Secretary of
State's headquarters and state information center.) As Missouri Secretary
of State Blunt served on the Federal Elections Commission Advisory Panel
helping pave the way for companies such as American Information Systems,
Business Records Corporation to have the opportunity for massive vote
rigging nationwide and for the profits of his associates, such as Paul
Bloch, who served as Blunt's director of elections, and who sold Missouri
the mega dollar centralized voter registration package in 1996.
Blunt approved companies for electronic vote tabulation in Missouri
that admitted their materials were high risk for vote fraud and rejected
some companies with more secure systems.
YOUR TAX DOLLARS ARE FILTERING BACK TO THE CAMPAIGN TREASURIES AND
PROFITS OF THOSE WHO SET OUT TO CREATE ELECTIONS ONLY THE POLITICAL CRIME
FAMILIES COULD EVER WIN.
Although in 1984 the corporations division of the secretary of
state's office dissolved one of Missouri's key vendors of election
materials, Henry M. Adkins and Son, Inc., Blunt permitted them to continue
to not pay their taxes and pretend to be a corporation while having control
of over half of the election returns in Missouri. Shortly before Milner
took over the elections division, Mo. Secretary of State Cook, in 1999
finally made Adkins pay up. But, was there actually a compromise? At the
time certainly it appeared justice had finally been served, however,
Milner, who reportedly dated or shacked with an Adkins associate, was
appointed as director shortly thereafter although she obviously is
incompetent, has the personality of a pebble, and like Adkins and Blunt
people always gives the appearance of simply being a liar. She stayed on as Blunt Jr.’s so called
Democratic Party representative elections director.
When Milner (who apparently married a Byers in 2000) took over the
elections division Roy Blunt's son had already indicated an interest in
running for Missouri Secretary of State 2000 and was courting election
authorities around the state on his father's record, his term in the do
nothing Mo. House, and his desire to be involved with economic development
bonds and protecting election integrity through the attorney general and
more campaign finance reform. (Oh my---there it is again---another kookie
connection---MORE BONDS---more billions of dollars to be laundered---just
like reported by the likes of Larry Nichols regarding the Arkansas
"Dixie Mafia"---just like a real secretary of state and real
elections are supposed to protect the public from.)
AND WHAT DID EITHER Blunt EVER DO TO REALLY PROTECT THE INTEGRITY OF
MISSOURI ELECTIONS? While in the
Mo. House, Matt Blunt proposed farming supervision of election law
violations out to the attorney general and proposed a so called "Fair
Ballot Language Act" which would further confuse voters with more
guesses as to what the costs of initiatives would be and dilute the power
and right of the people to initiatives. As a Mo. legislator he has did
nothing to update the obsolete and mish mesh of Mo. election laws nor to
propose real changes to insure the integrity of elections or improve any
aspect of the Mo. Secretary of State's office. As Mo. Sec. of State he claimed to restore integrity to the
elections and pushed for passage of an election laws reform bill that left
virtually all the old problems while making a bigger mess and insuring more
vote fraud.
Under the Roy Blunt tenure as Mo. Secretary of State also Mo. voters
ballots were turned over to for profit vendors who thumbed their noses at
the law and printed ballots contrary to the specifications required by Mo.
statute. Compare your ballot for the General Election 2000 to what the Mo.
law says it is to look like. Again no secretary of state since the Blunt
regime was in power the first time, has dared to stand up and make sure the
ballots are according to the law and the vendors manipulating the vote,
confusing voters, driving voters from the polls, and making an actual
recount of ballots impossible.
Vendors know they cannot get by with anything but free and fair
elections, according to the law, but no one will enforce the laws.
Before he became a promotions manager for kava promoting Churchill's
"Restaurants" Missouri's coalition, Ashcrock ran government, Selectreary of State Blunt, worked for a
cigar shop, which didn't appear to have a real name and was assumed to
connect to Cuba. Amazingly there happens to be web sites devoted to drugs
and BLUNTS.

Of course, it is not known for sure YET if the thugs from the
Bush-Ashcrock-Blunts cartel actually connect to those web sites, which
certainly Marvalene Pankey does not endorse nor connect in any manner to,
but the facts regarding the cigar and kava promotions along with the NATO,
United Nations command, and "Ambassador to Missouri from Italy"
Vincent (as apparently bestowed by Roy Blunt as Missouri Secretary of State
to a 'professor' teaching New World Order operatives) certainly can be
proven.
As the intended coronation of Matt Blunt as Mo. Secretary of State drew
closer the secretary of state's office even prior to SELECTION BY AGREEMENT
2000 reverted back to the incompetency of the likes of Milner and attitude
of the Ashcrock-Blunt regime---that the people are too stupid to catch on
or do one thing about blatant violations of law. Why wasn't Milner fired?
Why hasn't there been a total investigation of what has happened to
Missouri elections since Roy Blunt and associates took control of the
election process?
Roy Blunt had NATO connections even before he was Mo. Secretary of
State thus it should be of no surprise he voted for most favored nation
status for China. While Mo. Secretary of State he also maintained a
friendship with a New World Order trainer from Italy and had the audacity
to proclaim he could bestow upon him the status of ambassador.
Matt Blunt boasts of having participated in operations under United Nations
military command and helping place some dictators in power and of
participation in "drug interdiction" assignments. And his call to military fame is his
having served with the military in the United Kingdom while Duhbya Bush was
having young men and women killed in Afghanistan.
Throughout the campaign 2000 Matt and Roy Blunt's people harassed,
threatened, and intimidated Marvalene Pankey trying to drive her from the
campaign trail and insure the voters could not know of her candidacy. One
of their favorite forms of harassment was to have people surround her car
in parades and block voters from seeing her signs and passing their fliers
to voters while stalking her car to block the voters from seeing she was
there. On October 28, 2000 in Independence, Mo. Matt Blunt demonstrated a
warped, sick personality and again tried to instill unwarranted fear into
his female opponent, Marvalene Pankey, by marching down the street with a
tombstone supposedly with her name on it. (That incident being less than
two weeks after the governor and his son and aide died in a mysterious
plane crash, believed to be murder by the Ashcrock-Blunt cartel. Will Mel and Jean Carnahan’s daughter,
Robin, really try to beat Blunts Mo. Sec. of State selected 2004, Catherine
Hannaway? Thus far, certainly
neither Carnahan nor Hannaway are showing any leadership in vote fraud
prevention for the 2004 elections. )
